浩瀚色譜建立石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量測定方法。方法采用氣相色譜（GC）法測定石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量,使用氫火焰離子化檢測器檢測,檢測溫度250℃,進(jìn)樣口溫度200℃,以高純度氮?dú)鉃檩d氣。結(jié)果桉油精的回歸方程為Y=1 364.478X-5 910.56,r=0.999 2（n=6）,表明桉油精在9.05~180.98μg/m L范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系;平均加樣回收率為99.69%,RSD為1.43%。結(jié)論該法簡便、準(zhǔn)確、專屬性強(qiáng)、重復(fù)性好,經(jīng)方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證,本法可用于石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量測定。?
