浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發(fā)有限公司建立桂枝揮發(fā)油中桂皮醛含量測定的氣相色譜法.方法選用OV-17色譜柱,進樣器溫度250℃,,檢測器FID250℃,載氣He:1mL/min,H20.2kg/cm2,空氣0.4kg/cm2..結果桂皮醛進樣量在0.082~1.640g/L濃度范圍內峰面積與被測物濃度線性關系良好,r=0.9994,平均加樣回收率為100.69%.以乙晴為溶劑,對不同時間點測得的揮發(fā)油中桂皮醛含量相對接近.結論該方法操作簡便,準確,重現性好.
